Deposit on a whole beef. (Or a deposit on a similar transaction you have already discussed with Katie prior to paying.)
 
You can order a WHOLE BEEF, natural and grainfed @ 2.50 per pound, hanging weight. Average weighs between 700-750 pounds. You can also mail a check for a deposit, which is same as cash and not subject to the 3% processing fee. Please call Katie for info or with questions!
